📘 Classes & Schedule
How many classes are conducted in a month?
We offer 8 sessions (classes) per month. In months with a 5th week, that week is considered a holiday.
What if my child misses a class?
Parents must submit a Leave Application Form (Google Form).
Based on availability, we will allocate a compensation class within the same month.
How many compensation classes are allowed?
Up to 2 compensation sessions per month are allowed, subject to availability. We don't offer compensation for online, Advanced classes, & Diploma Batches.
💰 Fees & Payments
When should the fees be paid?
Fees must be paid on time as per the billing cycle.
Is there a late fee for delayed payments?
Yes. A 10% late fee is applicable on invoices overdue by more than 10 days.
How will I receive payment links and receipts?
Payment links and receipts are automatically sent to your registered Email and WhatsApp.
Does the fee include art materials?
No. Art supplies are not included in the monthly fee.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for:
3-month plans
6-month plans
Can Diploma Course fees be paid monthly?
No. Diploma courses are payable only through approved instalment plans, not monthly payments.
🏫 Studio Guidelines
Can parents enter the classroom?
No. Parents are requested to drop and pick up children from downstairs.
Is there a waiting area for parents?
We currently do not provide waiting facilities inside the premises.
Are mobile phones allowed?
Mobile phones are not allowed inside the premises, and strictly prohibited in classrooms.
🎓 Discipline & Conduct
What are the expected discipline guidelines for students?
Students are expected to:
Maintain silence and focus
Keep the space clean
Place footwear in designated areas
Avoid rushing or disturbing others
What happens if a student damages property?
Any damage such as writing or scribbling on walls will attract a fine of ₹5,000, and may lead to cancellation of admission.
Can the school deny or cancel admission?
Yes. The school reserves the right to:

Cancel admission
If a student does not align with the school’s culture and discipline standards.
